Office Manager/Office Coordinator

Position summary: Our client, a private equity firm is seeking an Office Manager/Office Coordinator to manage daily office operations.  This is a temp to hire opportunity.

Duties:

  • Coordinator and manage vendor relationships (including IT and facilities), and negotiate contracts for supplies, and office services
  • Manage the daily office operations 
  • Assist with planning and coordinating company events from team gatherings to corporate functions including handling logistics, vendors, budgets, and timelines
  • Oversee reception including guest services, and create a welcoming environment
  • Lead office move plans through execution including vendors time line, limiting disruption to general business operations
  • Handle deliveries, order supplies, handle any additional logistical tasks
  • Provide support for additional offices 
  • Manage international travel including flights and hotel accommodations

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of office management or office coordination 
  • Some technical expertise required (Wi-Fi, networks, basic troubleshooting)
  • Strong organization and multitasking skills  and the ability to work in a fast-paced professional environment
  • Demonstrated experience with event planning of varying scales
  • Experience with office relocation 
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree
  • Strong ability to operate independently with minimal supervision
  • Self-starter
  • Flexible to work after hours/weekend 2-3X a month as anticipated
