Skills & Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in a leadership or operational role, ideally in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills, including familiarity with task scheduling, inventory management, and workflow coordination
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively in a management-focused role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage team assignments, resolve issues, and coordinate operations
  • Ability to remain calm and make decisions under pressure, especially when addressing staffing or operational challenges
  • Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends and holidays, based on operational needs
  • Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset to ensure smooth operations and meet team needs
