Responsibilities

  • Maintaining a professional, organized housekeeping system to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Supporting upper management with reports on team performance, resource allocation, and process improvements.

Skills & Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in a housekeeping or leadership role, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, including familiarity with cleaning schedules, inventory management, and workflow coordination.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively in a housekeeping-focused role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage staff assignments, resolve issues, and coordinate operations.
  • Ability to remain calm and make decisions under pressure, especially when addressing staffing or operational challenges.
  • Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends and holidays, based on operational needs.
  • Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset to ensure smooth housekeeping operations and meet team needs.
