  • Maintaining a professional, organized operational system to ensure alignment with business objectives, financial goals, and efficiency targets.
  • Supporting management with reports on operational performance, cost savings, and process strategies to drive continuous improvements.

Skills & Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in an operations coordination, project management, or related field, ideally in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong knowledge of process optimization, resource allocation, project timelines, and performance analysis.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively, ensuring timely execution of operations tasks and project milestones.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with teams, resolve operational issues, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to remain calm and make strategic decisions under pressure, particularly when managing urgent operational needs or project disruptions.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including periods of high demand, to meet business operational requirements.
  • Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset to ensure smooth operations and achieve efficiency goals effectively.
