Responsibilities

Skills & Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in an operations management or leadership role, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong computer skills, including familiarity with operations management, project management, and scheduling software.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively in an operations-focused role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage staff interactions and coordinate team efforts.
  • Ability to remain calm and make decisions under pressure, especially when handling operational challenges or resource constraints.
  • Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends and holidays, based on operational needs and project deadlines.
  • Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset to ensure excellent service delivery and efficient operations management.
