Responsibilities

  • Supporting upper management with reports on project performance, technical challenges, and operational improvements.

Skills & Experience

  • Associate’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in a structural engineering or leadership role, ideally managing teams on complex construction or design projects.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with CAD software, structural design tools, and project management software like MS Project or AutoCAD.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively in a team-focused, technical environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage engineers, resolve design conflicts, and coordinate with stakeholders.
  • Ability to remain calm and make decisions under pressure, especially when handling design challenges or safety concerns.
  • Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends and project deadlines, based on project schedules and client needs.
  • Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset to ensure successful project completion and structural integrity.
