HVAC Project Manager
Salary: $80,000–$130,000
Location: Staten Island 10302
Type: Full-time

TemPositions is pleased to partner with a growing mechanical
contracting firm serving NYC. We are seeking an experienced HVAC
Project Manager to lead commercial and residential projects from
kickoff through closeout.

What You’ll Do:

Manage HVAC projects, budgets, schedules, and crews

Handle RFIs, submittals, contracts, and change orders

Coordinate equipment procurement and site logistics

Lead meetings with clients, engineers, and field teams

Monitor productivity, quality, and safety compliance

What We’re Looking For:

5+ years of HVAC or mechanical project management experience

Proven ability to manage budgets and multiple crews

Strong leadership and communication skills

Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, PlanGrid, Excel, Outlook

OSHA 30 / SST certification
 

• Must be able to commute to Staten Island
• Field vs. office time depends on experience and job progress
• SST card required to access jobsites
