Responsibilities

Skills & Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in account management or sales roles, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in CRM software, sales tracking platforms, and project management tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively in an account management-focused role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships, resolve conflicts, and coordinate sales efforts.
  • Ability to remain calm and make decisions under pressure, especially when addressing client concerns or sales challenges.
  • Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends and holidays, based on client needs and business requirements.
  • Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset to ensure smooth account management operations and meet sales targets.
