Responsibilities

Skills & Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong computer skills, including familiarity with scheduling, inventory, or workflow management software.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively in a team-focused role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage staff, resolve conflicts, and coordinate operations.
  • Ability to remain calm and make decisions under pressure, especially when handling workplace challenges.
  • Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends and holidays, based on operational needs.
  • Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset to ensure efficient team management and smooth daily operations.
